Generally rome is extremely cold in February, air is crisp and you need lots of layers to keep warm.
luckily there are many bars that sell the nicest hot chocolates and who can refuse eating a gelati in mid winter infront of the trevi fountain. come sun or snow rome is really enjoyable in any season!!
